Studio Gear Cosmetics- Hydrating CC Cream Review

Today I'll be sharing with you all my review on the Hydrating CC Cream by Studio Gear Cosmetics. I was very excited to try this CC cream out! I love wearing CC creams in the summer time especially when I don't want to have a heavy foundation on.

About The Product:

Hydrating CC Cream transforms and enhances your complexion in an incredibly light, smooth formula. This foundation simultaneously fights aging, retains moisture, and covers and treats blemishes with a non-oily, perfectly radiant finish.

Key Benefits:

Prevents fine lines and wrinkles with collagen-building ingredients
Restores skin elasticity by promoting moisture retention
Brightens and illuminates skin with a non-oily, complete coverage application

I chose the color "Natural" for myself.
I love that the CC cream has an SPF of 20 at least. SPF is so important!

The Hydrating CC Cream has a unique formula using microencapsulated pigments which offer up to 72 hours of hydration!

The CC Cream blended in perfectly with my skin!

Here I am after applying the Hydrating CC Cream!
My skin is on the dry side and it definitely felt hydrating!
It also helped to even out my skin tone.

And here I am once I finished applying the rest of my makeup!

Hit Or Miss?:

I would definitely recommend trying out this Studio Gear Cosmetics- Hydrating CC Cream. My friends kept telling me how great my skin looked while wearing this CC Cream. It retails for $34 but I think it's worth the money. Get 10% off using the code bloggercc on www.StudioGearCosmetics.com.

BA STAR Eye Shadow Palette Review

Today I want to share with you all my review on this BA STAR eye shadow palette I received. The colors in the palette are very lovely. I was definitely drawn to them. The pigmentation on these shadows was great. I really loved the eyeshadow base that was sent to me as well. However, there was a lot of fall-out with these shadows. Some colors had more fall out then others. It wasn't horrible. But a bit annoying to deal with. The brush that comes with the palette isn't that great either, so I just used some of my own brushes. The BA STAR eye shadow palette retails for $8.75 which isn't a bad deal. It can be purchased on http://bastar.com.

Have you tried any eyeshadows from BA STAR before?
How did they work for you? Let me know in the comments section!

The SoLa Look | The Glamática Collection Review

*This product was sent to me for review purposes. However, all opinions are my own!*

I was BEYOND excited to try out The Glamática Collection lipsticks from The SoLa Look! For starters, I LOVE that the name "SoLa" stands for "So Latina". I am latina & PROUD. So it was love at 1st sight! I also love matte lipsticks,so that was another reason I was intrigued to try them out!

The packaging on the lipsticks is very nice. I was very impressed. I love the black/pink color scheme! Also, the lipstick tubes are very sturdy. They don't feel cheap at all. Not to mention, the packaging the lipsticks came in,is so nice! (1st picture) I love the artwork on the box!

The color pictured above is Carolina.I absolutely LOVE it. I am obsessed with pink lipsticks, and this one is a new favorite now!

Me wearing Carolina.

When I 1st saw Isabel- I have to admit, I wasn't too impressed. But it looks very nice on. A lot nicer, than it looks in the tube!I'm a bit on the lighter side right now, but I think come summer,Isabel will look a lot nice on! It's a very nice nude lip color.

Doesn't Isabel look better on? =)

Karla is my 2nd favorite in the collection. It's such a beautiful red color! I think I might have found a new favorite red lipstick! I've been on a mission to find a great shade of red!

Excuse my pale-ness  in this picture! But isn't Karla a beautiful red color? I love it!

Overall,I am super HAPPY & IMPRESSED with my new lipsticks from The SoLa Look! I love matte lipsticks, but hate how drying they can be at times. These lipsticks are matte-yet moisturizing! LOVE the packaging. LOVE the price! The Glamática Collection retails for $30 for all 3 shades, or $12 individually.

Becca Cosmetics: The One Perfecting Brush Review #BeccaTheOne

I recently received this brush by Becca Cosmetics thanks to iFabbo. It's called "The One Perfecting Brush".  I was really excited to try this brush out because it's supposed to cut your makeup application time in half by replacing 10 other brushes and tools. As a mom I'm all about saving time when I can.

My thoughts: This brush was alright..This item was sent to me for review purposes, but would I ever purchase it myself? Absolutely not. Now don't get me wrong, this brush isn't horrendous, I just don't love it. I didn't like applying my primer with it. I feel like my fingers are better for that. For foundation it was fine. I like how it applied my liquid foundation. I still prefer my beauty blender or one of my makeup brushes over it though. Concealer- yea right..I didn't even attempt to. I felt the brush was far too big for precise coverage. For blush it was alright. I think it's better for applying cream blush though. For powder it was alright as well, I'd still prefer using a different brush. I didn't like it for contouring, I prefer a smaller and more precise brush to chisel out my cheeks. Same thing with highlighting...I prefer a different brush. The brush shed a lot as well, which was really annoying to deal with.

Everyone is different, so just because it didn't work for me, it doesn't mean necessarily the same for you. Give it a try if it caught your attention. Becca The One PerfectingBrush retails for $49.00 and is available at Sephora
