Christopher Kane X Topshop #OOTD

This Christopher Kane dress from his collaboration with Topshop a few years back is one of my favorites! It's definitely a unique piece from my wardrobe. I've even had people offer to buy it from me! lol No thanks..mine forever! I paired up this dress with some thigh highs from American Apparel. My faux leather jacket I got at a thrift store. I'm also wearing some black boots that aren't shown. My daughter thinks this dress is creepy. LOL But I like it. =)

My earrings and midi ring are from H&M.
The necklace which I wore reversed is from JewelMint.
My nail color is Almost Midnight #710 by Loreal.

I used to work at Topshop years ago. I miss my employee discount. LOL It's definitely one of my favorite stores to shop! Christopher Kane is a fabulous designer! I love when designers collaborate with stores.

Thanks for stopping by!

#OOTD All Black Everything

The last few years of my life have been rough. Dealing with my mom being sick, then having her pass away. It's been tough. I actually gained a bit of weight over the last few years. Not only was I sad, but I felt disgusted with myself. Luckily, I've slowly been feeling like the old me again. I know my mom wouldn't want me moping around being sad. Also, for the sake of my daughter I needed to get out of that negative state of mind.

It's so nice to feel like the "old me" again. I love fashion so much. It's definitely a way to express myself. And I love that my love of fashion has inspired my little 6 year old daughter as well! She loves fashion as well! Check out my other blog Mom In Love Forever for her #OOTD's!

Ok, now moving on to my outfit. Who says you gotta be a skinny minnie to rock a crop top? I for one LOVE crop tops. If you follow me on Instagram then you will notice my love for crop tops. lol My crop top is from Forever 21. My black skirt is from H&M, along with the flower crown on my head. My shoes are from DSW.

Now onto my makeup! I've been obsessing over the Urban Decay Cosmetics Shadow Box Palette. Check out my review here: Shadow Box Palette Review

Mini Ulta Haul

I love Utla! What gal doesn't? As much as I try to walk by it I always end up walking in the store. I can't help myself! And I usually have a coupon or something that I try and justify my purchase with. LOL Just wanted to share with ya'll what I got during my last visit.

1. The NUDES- Maybelline
Going to play with this palette some more, but so far I really like it!
Will have a review up soon!

This stuff is amazing!
I just bought a sample size because I wanted to test it out before buying a full sized bottle.
I should of known it was going to be good.
Not Your Mothers products never disappoint me!
My hair is a mess right now from bleaching it recently and this really helped to add the TLC it needed.
Can't wait to get the full sized bottle!

3. Miracle Complexion Sponge- Real Techniques
Real Techniques brushes are AWESOME, so I should of known this little sponge was going to be great!
I was going to get the more expensive beauty sponge but I heard this one was just as good, so I figured I save myself some money and get this one instead.
I am really happy with it!
My foundation goes on flawlessly with it.
I also really love the shape, really helps to get into small spaces by your nose and eyes on your face.

Anastasia's Brow Wiz is my #1 favorite eyebrow pencil of all time, however- I do my eyebrows every day and go through that pencil so fast!
I needed to find another product that was up to par with it!
I love the Brow Wiz but my pockets don't!
I have to say I think I'm really liking the Maybelline Define-A-Brow, it's only a fraction of the price and works pretty well!

I love carrying this spray with me to refresh my face.
Especially now in the winter it adds a little extra moisture to my face when I need it.

Have you tried any of the products I purchased?
Don't ya just love Utla?

Too Faced Air Buffed BB Creme & Beauty Blogger Darlings Review

Today I wanted to share with you all my review on the Too Faced Air Buffed BB Creme & Beauty Blogger Darlings. For starters I love how natural the Too Faced Air Buffed BB Creme looks! While buffing  it on I noticed how well it blended with my skin. I used the color Cream Glow and I have to tell ya, it is pretty close to my actual skin color, so I love how well it blends in! The BB Creme comes with a little buffing brush, which is pretty cool and convenient. For my every day makeup look I try not to put on so much face makeup, especially if my skin doesn't need it. I really love how this BB Cream looks! The Too Faced Air Buffed BB Creme also has an SPF of 20 which is nice! Sun protection is important year long!

Looks very natural right? I love it!

I was really excited to try out the Beauty Blogger Darlings set! I have heard so many great things about the Better Than Sex Mascara and I love trying out primers! The Shadow Insurance primer was great! My eyeshadow lasted much longer than when I don't wear primer. The Primed & Poreless primer was great also. I definitely noticed a difference in the size of my pores and the BB Creme went on smoothly since my face was now a smooth canvas to work with! The matte bronzer was very nice as well! And it smells like chocolate! I wanted to eat it up! I love that the bronzer is matte because I find that most bronzers have a shimmer to them. The Better Than Sex Mascara was nice. I wasn't completely blown away, but maybe it's because it's a sample size? I plan on getting the full sized one and giving that a try. Perhaps it'll be different? I mean Dulce Candy is a Better Than Sex mascara ambassador, so it must be amazing right?

Overall, I am very happy with my new Too Faced products, especially the BB creme! Have you tried and of the products I mentioned? Any other Too Faced products you recommend I try? Let me know in the comments section.

Studio Gear Cosmetics- Hydrating CC Cream Review

Today I'll be sharing with you all my review on the Hydrating CC Cream by Studio Gear Cosmetics. I was very excited to try this CC cream out! I love wearing CC creams in the summer time especially when I don't want to have a heavy foundation on.

About The Product:

Hydrating CC Cream transforms and enhances your complexion in an incredibly light, smooth formula. This foundation simultaneously fights aging, retains moisture, and covers and treats blemishes with a non-oily, perfectly radiant finish.

Key Benefits:

Prevents fine lines and wrinkles with collagen-building ingredients
Restores skin elasticity by promoting moisture retention
Brightens and illuminates skin with a non-oily, complete coverage application

I chose the color "Natural" for myself.
I love that the CC cream has an SPF of 20 at least. SPF is so important!

The Hydrating CC Cream has a unique formula using microencapsulated pigments which offer up to 72 hours of hydration!

The CC Cream blended in perfectly with my skin!

Here I am after applying the Hydrating CC Cream!
My skin is on the dry side and it definitely felt hydrating!
It also helped to even out my skin tone.

And here I am once I finished applying the rest of my makeup!

Hit Or Miss?:

I would definitely recommend trying out this Studio Gear Cosmetics- Hydrating CC Cream. My friends kept telling me how great my skin looked while wearing this CC Cream. It retails for $34 but I think it's worth the money. Get 10% off using the code bloggercc on www.StudioGearCosmetics.com.
